Terms of Service

1. About these terms

This app is operated by Gôl Centres Ltd ("Gôl", "we", "us"), Lawrenny Avenue, Cardiff CF11 8BR, Wales. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. They sit alongside our published venue policies, including the Pitch Hire Terms & Conditions and Block Booking Terms & Conditions, which apply to the bookings you make through the app.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate details when registering and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.
• Anyone under 18 may only use the service with the consent of a parent or carer.
• We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms or our venue policies.

3. Bookings and payments

• Bookings made through the app must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless we have agreed otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Bookings are final. Cancellation or transfer requests must be made in writing by email with at least 48 hours' notice, and any refund is at the discretion of Gôl management, as set out in the Pitch Hire Terms & Conditions.
• League fixture fees and team charges shown in your statement are payable through the app or at the venue.

4. Leagues and teams

• Team captains are responsible for the accuracy of their team and player details.
• Fixtures, results, and standings published in the app may be corrected by venue staff where errors occur.
• League play is subject to the published competition rules for your league.

5. Conduct

All participants must behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive, intimidating, or abusive behaviour at our venues, and the same standard applies to content submitted through the app (for example team and player names).

6. Liability

Gôl is not liable for any death, personal injury, or loss or damage to property of any participant, except where it arises from our negligence. Participation in sport carries inherent risks which you accept when booking or playing. The app is provided on an "as available" basis; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend it for maintenance.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be available on this page. These terms and any dispute arising from your use of the app are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
